The Board of Trustees manages the institutions with the help of Trust Executive Council (TEC), headed by the Chairman/Secretary. TEC under the guidance of Trust Advisory Members (TAC) identified by Chairman from time to time, guide the different Board Of Education (BOE) (Board of School Education (BOSE), Board of Arts and Science Education (BOASE), Board of Teaching and Physical Education (BTPE) and Board of Technical Education (BTE)). Each Board has one or more educational institutions as represented in the organizational structure. Trust Executive Council (TEC) consists of Director of Education as Convener, representatives of different boards (BOSE, BOASE, BOTPE and BOTE). TEC meets once in every three months with the chairmanship of Chairman/Secretary to discus about the development of institution and evolve strategies and future action plan and place it for the approval of the Chairman.

• Director - Selvam Educational Institutions

Dr. L. R. Gopinath got educated in reputed institutions Loyola College, Chennai for his under Graduation in 1991 and Jawaharlal Nehru University for his Post Graduation in 1993 and Doctoral Degree in 1999. Soon after completion of his Doctoral degree he joined in internationally recognized scientist’s groups of Satellite and agriculture technology run institutions Center for Environment and Education (CEE) from 1999 to 2001 and M S Swaminathan Research Foundation, from 2001 to 2006. During fifteen years of his research carrier he had represented in many national and international meetings and visited abroad as Indian delegates for meetings and workshops.

Prof. Maria Arulraj, is eminent Mathematician, he did his studies in reputed institutions, Graduation in St. Joseph’s College and Post graduation and Doctoral degrees in Regional Engineering College, Tiruchirapalli. He started his career in St. Joseph’s College as lecturer and retired from the same as Professor and Head of Mathematics. Soon after this he joined in Selvam Educational Institutions as principal of Selvamm Arts and Science College. It is pertinent to mention that he worked as a back bone to this institution right from the beginning and made the college known for its discipline and high quality education. During his professional career he contributed to the scientific community through publications, Editor, Member of Board of Studies, Examiner, Chairman of various committees, member of selection committee and governing body member in various books journals and reputed colleges. He also stood instrumental in conducting more than fifteen national Seminars and workshops.

Mr S. Umapathy qualified himself from a reputed Madras University for his Bachelors and Masters degree in Economics. Continuing in the same University he did is Master of Business Administration. During his professional career he served as Probationary Officer, in charge of branches and senior manager in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Bank. Deputy Manager, Regional Officer, General Manager, Directorship in Joined Industrial Development Bank of India. At present he is working in Selvamm Arts and Science College as Administrative officer.

Mrs. Parmila Valsan, is versatile children educationist with multi-lingual skill. She did her studies in reputed institutions in the country in English, Sociology and Education. Bachelors degree in English and Sociology in Lucknow University, post graduation in Sociology in Bhopal University and Bachelors in Education and Sociology in Annamali University in Tamil Nadu. She is a committed teacher with more than 10 years experience.

Mr. G. Vadivalagan, is professionally Commerce lecturer he educated himself in popular institutions and submitted his thesis for Doctoral degree. During his professional career he had presented 10 papers in international seminars, 41 papers in national seminars, participated in 3 national workshops and communicated 5 papers in Journals and Books.
