Selvam Educational Institutions(V.Ponnusamy Educational Trust, Namakkal)

A Placement cell has been formed by the Chairman for SELVAM EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS at organizational level, for the guidance of the students leaving the Institutions. The members of the placement had been advised to form a sub-cell at institutional level for Colleges. These Placement cells functions are as follows

1. Skill mapping of the students is being carried
2. Depending upon the skills counseling is conducted at individual level to approach different organizations
3. Different Organizations are contacted through the placement cell at institutional level and their advertisements are displayed in the institutional notice boards
4. Company professionals are invited through out the year for seminars and presentations during academic year
5. Students are taught about Job-search through internet and other organization for placement.

During the year 2006-07 Chairman advised our placement cell to conduct campus interview at institutional level. The Member of the Organizational Placement Cell is as follows
