Salem is the nearest railway station which is 50 kilometers away from the College. Frequent buses are available round the clock to Namakkal and Salem cities. 3. English is the medium of instruction, for students coming form rural background from tamil medium teachers take necessary care to train them in understanding English through explaining them in tamil. 7. Separate Boys and Girls hostels are available with in the college campus with separate facilities for dining, reading, recreation with television, sports, etc. 9. What are the facilities available for Day Scholars? The Day Scholars are provided with transport facilities residing within 60 kilometer radius from the college at nominal charges. The other facilities are canteen, stationery, sports, etc. 10. Any special scholarships/awards are available for students? The institution facilitates the students to avail various scholarships and awards from both state and central government as per norms. Special emphasis is given for students who are economically poor, academically strong, good in sports through concessions and availing external funding. 11. How are the placements of past students?
